KHACN Growth Arena — Terms & Conditions

1. Rewards & Payment Policy

• All rewards are paid exclusively in KHACN token. No fiat currency, USDT, ETH, or other token will be paid under any circumstances.
• USD values displayed on missions are reference estimates only and do not constitute a payment commitment in USD or any fiat currency.
• Rewards are only paid after successful admin validation of the submitted work.
• No advance payment, partial payment, or deposit is made before validation.
• Workers waive all claims for conversion of KHACN into another currency or compensation for market price changes after payment.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Workers must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter contracts in their jurisdiction.
• Each worker must provide a valid Ethereum wallet address they personally control.
• Workers must never share private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords with anyone, including Groupe Business Thérapie.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Registration is automatic after completing the onboarding, wallet submission, and Terms acceptance.

3. Work Standards & Prohibited Conduct

• All submitted work must be original and created by the worker.
• Plagiarism, AI-generated content submitted as original, or copied work will result in immediate disqualification.
• Strictly prohibited: spam, fake followers, fake traffic, wash trading, fake trading volume, fake holders, phishing, wallet draining, misleading advertising, market manipulation, and any deceptive tactic.
• Workers must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules in their jurisdiction.
• Submissions must not make investment promises, price predictions, or guarantee financial returns.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, videos, guides, code, graphics, and deliverables created and paid through the platform become the intellectual property of Groupe Business Thérapie and the KHACN ecosystem, unless otherwise agreed in writing before submission.
• Workers grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to Groupe Business Thérapie to use, modify, and distribute submitted work.

5. Mission Reservations & Deadlines

• When a worker is accepted for a mission, a 72-hour reservation window begins.
• If proof is not submitted within 72 hours, the reservation expires automatically.
• Upon expiry, the worker loses access to the same mission for 72 hours and another worker may take the slot.
• Expired reservations are recorded and displayed publicly as "Expired or Uncompleted".

6. Admin Decisions & Appeals

• All admin decisions regarding validation, rejection, and payment are final.
• Workers may submit a documented appeal within 7 days by contacting contact@startarcoins.com.
• Groupe Business Thérapie reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban workers who violate these Terms.

7. No Employment or Partnership

Participation in KHACN Growth Arena does not create any employment, agency, partnership, investment, or financial advisory relationship between the worker and Groupe Business Thérapie. Workers are independent contributors.

8. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Workers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to rewards received in KHACN in their jurisdiction. Groupe Business Thérapie provides no tax advice.

9. Risk Disclaimer

• Workers accept all market, liquidity, technical, and price risks associated with receiving KHACN.
• The value of KHACN may fluctuate. Past price references do not guarantee future performance.
• KHACN is a utility token. Nothing in this platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

10. Privacy & Data

Worker email addresses and Ethereum wallet addresses are stored securely in Supabase. Data is used solely for platform operation. Wallet addresses may be published publicly as part of the leaderboard and winners table. Workers consent to this by registering.
